Growing Through Anxiety: A 28 Day Listening program offers structured support so can connect to yourself - what you think, what you feel, who you are.  As you listen and reflect daily you will connect to your aliveness - your juice!  Truths will become clear. You will become present and able to enjoy the life that you have and make any changes that your being asks you to make. And then you will rest.  Deeply. Because you are connected to yourself and your truth.


Spend a moon cycle (28 days) listening to yourself and releasing what you do not need.


This course will support you in relaxing and releasing anxiety and listening to what your being is saying.  You will be guided each day on a step of your quest and by the end of the 28 days will have completed a dive into the depths and back out again having been changed by the experience.

Inside Growing Through Anxiety: A 28 Day Listening Journey you will receive:

  • 28 audio reflections - one per day.  Each reflection is 5-15 minutes long.
  • Extra module on deciding wether or not to microdose (arrives on day 3).
  • 28 days after purchase you will have access to all 28 audios and you will retain access for one year so you can go on the journey again and again or revisit sections that are particularly juicy for you.

I am a former Wall Street trader and former psychotherapist. With decades of contemplative practice and training, I bring a full-body approach to inner work that grounds the spiritual in the natural world, our physical experience and our relationship with ourselves and others.

Combined with intensive inner practice, medicine work has changed my life. The potential for opening, releasing, and connecting to all the juicy things we desire is beyond what words can state. And there is no end to that potential. How long will I have access to the program?

The workbook is yours to keep. You will have access to the audios for one year after the full set of audios has landed in your podcast feed (i.e. 28 days after purchase).

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available, no questions asked, within 72 hours of purchase. No refunds are available after that time.

Will this work for me?

There is no magic pill. To the extent that you create the time to focus on this journey, you will receive benefits.

Unfolding wisdom takes time - I don’t know when you are going to have the shift you are looking for. I do know that steady practice over time bears riches beyond the imagination. Time Investment: 10-20 minutes per day listening to the audios and 10-20 minutes per day doing the exercises. If you want to spend more time there is plenty of material to dive deep.
